When will my order ship?
We attempt to ship orders same day when ordered between Monday and Friday 9am - 5pm Pacific time. Orders made over the weekend will ship the following Monday.
Do you ship Internationally ?
Yes - we do a lot of business overseas. Please contact us email@example.com to establish a sales relationship so you can pay with Credit Card or Paypal.
Do you offer free shipping ?
Yes on orders over $150, we ship via UPS Ground for free within the Continental US.
How do I cancel my order ?
Contact us via phone or email with you order details. You want to try and do this right away of you completed and order and payment in error..We ship very quickly and if the order has already been dispatched it will be to late to cancel without incurring extra shipping charges or Re-Stock fees.
Do you provide order tracking ?
We provide automatic order tracking on all Intl orders and some US orders. You will receive an email at time of shipment with the tracking information.
Can I Will Call my order or buy from your store location ?
Yes you can as long as you place the order in advance and let us know you want to pick it up. This can often be done for same day pickup or at worst the following day. Be sure to contact us before coming over to pick up a part to insure it is ready to go. You can also come in person and place the order to be picked up or shipped to you.
I am not good at using the computer or just don't trust that pesky
Internet and would like to place my order on the phone ? No problem...Call between 9:00am and 4:00pm Mon-Fri Pacific time at 1 818 764-1901 and one of our Staff will take your order on the phone..
